Those who have the Spirit reproduce others with the Spirit.

There is not a single passage of scripture that can confirm one’s salvation, as scripture is not alive. Scripture contains the words (rhema) of the One who inspired it–He is the Living Word (logos) to the bride. His words in scripture instruct in the Father’s truths and testify of Messiah Yahoshua, but confirmation is a personal matter that must be given by One who is alive–it cannot come from written words.

Likewise, if your answer to the above question is nothing but statements about what YOU have done (“accepted Christ,” asked Him “into your heart,” gave your life to Christ, made a decision, prayed the “sinner’s prayer,” turned from your sins, trusted Christ for salvation, started desiring to obey commandments, started living right, etc.), then, again, it is likely you don’t know what it means to be born again.

Salvation is not by man’s decision, nor is it something man can declare of himself. Those who are Yah’s children are told they are His. Man does not control when the Father gives him the covenant. Man is to believe in Yahoshua the Messiah and confess Him before men. Beyond that, it is by the will of the Father alone when a person’s belief is completed by the Holy Spirit, making that person a child, clothed in righteousness—and given the gift of eternal life.

It is during that process that Messiah Yahoshua said some will fall away after they believe for awhile. They believe with joy, but become impatient waiting to receive the covenant (the source of life–the “root”), and eventually fall away (Luke 8:13).

For more information: How Do You Know You Are Saved?

If your answer to that question is to quote scripture, it is likely that you don’t know what salvation is, or how one knows he has received it.
