DOES SUKKOT SHOW THE BRIDE’S REMOVAL IS VERY NEAR?

Yah’s ordained feasts show His prophetic calendar—as Paul said, they are a shadow of things to come (Colossians 2:16-17). While the Father’s traditions reveal that the bride will meet the Bridegroom in the air before the tribulation begins, the Feast of Tabernacles actually reveals that we are drawing very near to the time when the Feast of Trumpets will be fulfilled (which will complete the rapture of the bride, uniting those who have already gone ahead with those “who are alive and remain” on the earth).

The Feast of Tabernacles is one week long plus one day. The eighth day is considered a “new beginning.” Tabernacles is also called the Feast of Booths, or Sukkot. The men of Y’isra-el were to live in tents for the seven-day period. On the eighth day, they would all assemble at the temple in Jerusalem for the celebration of a new beginning of life.

Yah reveals that man will live in a temporary dwelling place (the physical body) for seven thousand years. Then, on the eighth day, he is brought into the New Jerusalem for new beginning of life eternal with Him. This is seen in Revelation chapters 21 and 22. Christ’s bride will be revealed to all of creation as the queen of heaven and earth to rule and reign with Christ for all eternity (Revelation 21:2).

From Adam to Abraham was 2000 years. From Abraham to Christ was 2000 years. Christ was most likely crucified (Passover) in 31 AD. So, adding 2000 years to that brings us to around 2031, which would be the end of the 6000 years of man’s dominion on the earth, ushering in the final earthly “day,” or seventh 1000-year period, when Yahoshua the Messiah will reign, which fulfills the seven days of Tabernacles, and then the eighth day will be the new beginning in heaven.

BUT, there are ten days from the Feast of Trumpets to the Feast of Atonement before Tabernacles begins, and that is the ten year period beginning with the bride’s being taken to the wedding chamber to Armageddon. It will take the son of perdition three years to establish sufficient power to broker the false 7-year peace treaty, and he is revealed immediately after the bride is taken (2 Thessalonians 2:6-8), so that entire period will be ten years.

So, ten years prior to 2031 brings us to 2021 (of course, these are merely educated calculations, based on the historical information we have), and we know that the bride will be taken on the Feast of Trumpets (the Jews called this feast “the day or hour no man knows” (Matt. 24:36), “the last trump” (1 Corinthians 15:52), “the feast of the shout” (1 Thess. 4:16), and “the wedding of Messiah,” and how can you have a wedding without a bride?).

Because there have been different calendars used, and “corrections” applied over the centuries, we must assume that whatever year we are in according to our present calendar might be close to the proper year, but we cannot be certain it is perfectly precise. Thus, these calculations must be considered close approximations, as we cannot know definitively where we are in the 7000 years of man on this earth; but we know that the end of the sixth day is rapidly approaching.
