Most christians think there is something spiritually significant about a landmass the world calls “Israel,” and that a race of people the world calls “Jews” are “God’s chosen people.”
Seriously? How can anyone with any spiritual understanding refer to a group of people who openly reject Messiah Yahoshua (who was BORN on the Feast of TABERNACLES, was CRUCIFIED on PASSOVER (which was on the fourth day of the week that year), was BURIED on the Feast of UNLEAVENED BREAD, who ROSE AGAIN during the night on the Feast of FIRSTFRUITS, and whose bride was given the new covenant of marriage (ketubah) on the Feast of WEEKS, shown in Acts 2), as “God’s chosen people”?
Well, first of all, those christians also reject the Messiah I just described. They choose, rather, a counterfeit of that Messiah, who was born on the birth day of the sun god (Dec. 25), who was crucified on a “good Friday,” and who rose again at dawn on the pagan fertility ritual called easter/ishtar. Most of them have no idea what the new covenant even is, how it is obtained, or how one knows he has received it.
They also reject the true Sabbaths (weekly Sabbath and annual feasts) of the Father, and observe, rather, pagan holydays tied to Babylonian sun worship (SUNday assembling, christ-mass, easter/ishtar—all holydays that come from Babylon).
The apostle Paul made it clear in his teachings exactly who the true Jew (yahudiy) is, and it has nothing to do with one’s race, bloodline, geographic residence, or religion. The true Jew (yahudiy) is any person whose heart has been circumcised, which can be done only by the Holy Spirit (Romans 2:29). Physical circumcision was only a foreshadow of true circumcision. The foreshadow was physical, but the real substance is always spiritual.
He also made it clear in Romans 11 that the physical descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob who rejected Messiah Yahoshua were CUT OFF from Y’isra-el, and that anyone who is given the new covenant (seal of the Holy Spirit on Messiah’s bride) is grafted INTO Y’isra-el (not into christianity OR judaism), and that it has nothing whatsoever to do with any physical race or attribute.
Some of the most famous christian pastors and evangelists peddle the lie that a physical race of people are “God’s chosen ones,” not understanding that the physical WAS only a foreshadow, but that the real substance IS wholly spiritual.
Those to whom the new covenant is given—the seal of the Holy Spirit upon Messiah Yahoshua’s bride—are the true Jews (yahudiy), and they comprise the spiritual real substance of Y’isra-el, which is the name of Messiah’s bride.
It is THEY who are Yah’s chosen people. The physical descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were only a foreshadow of a future-revealed spiritual real substance, which are those who are sealed by the Holy Spirit through belief in Messiah Yahoshua (Galatians 3:28-29).
Those who cannot see that, and who think that a physical race of people that largely rejects the true Messiah (just like christianity does) are the chosen ones of God, simply do not know the Father or the Son, and it’s because they have never actually been given the Holy Spirit. They merely claim He indwells them—and they do that only because of things they have read in a volume of writings that was never even given to them.
Scripture is given ONLY to those who are actually Yah’s people (2 Timothy 3:17), not those who are adherents of religions, as judaism, christianity, and islam—the world’s largest religions—are all false. And, who is the head of all false religion? Here’s a hint: he often masquerades as an angel of light (he draws people to what appears good to them, but is not pure spiritual truth). He has been doing that with mankind since the Garden of Eden.
So, it is not a physical race of people who are Y’isra-el, nor is Y’isra-el a geographic landmass. Y’isra-el is the name of Messiah’s bride, and is made up of those to whom the covenant has been given.
There is a reason that Messiah Yahoshua said, “. . . narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are FEW who find it” (Matthew 7:14). Judaism, christianity, and islam are comprised of BILLIONS of people. They are certainly not the “few” that Messiah was speaking of.
Messiah’s bride Y’isra-el (the true “chosen ones”) is a relatively tiny group of people (“few”) to whom the true covenant has been given, and who will be fully removed from the earth and taken to the wedding chamber on the Feast of TRUMPETS (first of the annual fall feasts), and it is looking very likely that that event will occur very soon.
Ten years of tribulation will then follow, and that will end at Armageddon (ten days from the Feast of TRUMPETS to the Feast of ATONEMENT), which will then usher in the millennial earthly reign of Messiah Yahoshua (Feast of TABERNACLES).
