WHAT IS THE MOST EVIL THING IN ALL OF HISTORY?

To most people, the answer to this question would likely be something to do with a murderous dictator’s regime, like that of Hitler, Stalin, or Mao. Some might point to the multitudes of people who were killed during the Crusades. Still others might point to the vile practice of abortion being made legal in this country, and the millions of unborn babies who have been killed because of it.

Yes, all of those things are evil, but they are all manifestations of the flesh—they are physical evil. But, in Matthew 10:28, Messiah Yahoshua pointed to something beyond the flesh that all humans should fear:

“Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

While physical evil can be a fearful thing, spiritual evil is far more destructive, as it can result in not only physical destruction, but spiritual devastation as well. And, we know that Satan is the head of all spiritual evil—he is the prince of the power of the air (the leader of the powers of darkness—the demonic forces that are all around us).

Again, while human history has had its share of evil leaders who have killed countless millions of people physically, the more heinous evil on the planet is that which keeps people from spiritual truth, and thus, sends them, deluded, to eternal torment and punishment.

So, what is the greatest source of spiritual evil on the earth? I know the first reaction of many would be to point to the open worship of Satan in our culture by those who call themselves satanists. Many of those folks even fashion their appearances to look like they are evil (as if they know what evil actually looks like—they base their physical choices on fantasies and literary contrivances, like Satan being red and having horns and a tail).

No, the most spiritually evil thing is that which draws people to it because of how good and right it looks to them, but is not actually truth. That’s truly evil—for folks to think they are doing good, but they are actually caught in lies that send them to eternal torment.

That’s what happened to the folks we see in Matthew 7:21-23. Those folks thought they possessed truth. They did wonderful works in a name of someone they thought was leading them. They even thought that they had cast out demons, which shows just how crafty and cunning the demons’ leader is.

As wonderfully virtuous as those christians thought they were, Messiah Yahoshua, the actual embodiment of righteousness and goodness, says He doesn’t know them, and tells them to depart from Him.

The most evil, then, is that which fools people into thinking they have gained heaven, but which ends up sending them eternally to the lake of fire. And, Paul told us in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 that he saw an apostasy coming that would occur before the antichrist would be revealed, and before the new heaven and new earth, when the Bridegroom and His bride would be eternally united as the New Jerusalem, after the millennial earthly reign of Messiah.

Paul called it “the falling away.” So, what was he talking about there?

Well, there was something that occurred after Paul had died that altered the true faith by stripping it of its foundations, and replacing them with paganism and humanism, and then trying to hide that fact by changing the actual names of the Father and Son (they were just too Jewey sounding), and crafting a different path to salvation.

And, Satan started the entire false belief system by planting seeds of hatred against an entire physical race of people in the heart of an emperor and his band of religious cohorts. It was their hatred of the physical Jews that fueled the invention of what Constantine called “christianity,” and decreed as law in his empire.

He first attacked the weekly Sabbath that the Father had ordained and even made one of His Ten Commandments. Constantine decreed that the day of the week for “holy convocation” (assembling) would be changed to the first day of the week, rather than on the seventh day, as Yah had commanded.

He didn’t really even try to hide his pagan intentions, because he said that weekly assembling would be changed to “the venerable day of the sun,” which was part of the sun worship he practiced until his death.

Then he outlawed Yah’s seven prophetic feasts, which Paul had taught to the Gentile converts, and told them to “stand fast . . . and keep.” In their place, Constantine went right back to his pagan beliefs, and replaced Yah’s ordained feasts with holydays from Babylonian paganism, and he took Messiah’s name in vain (which literally means attaching Messiah to what is false, worthless, and/or idolatrous).

Thus, the pagan christ-mass and easter/ishtar were instituted to replace the Feast of Tabernacles and the Feast of Firstfruits, and he instituted the wholly erroneous “good Friday” in place of the foundation of the true Gospel—Passover.

By relegating the Passover to the “Jewish dogs” whom Constantine despised (a hatred that prevails in christianity—see: Martin Luther), the path to salvation was obscured, which opened the door for a false salvation to be taught and preached—a salvation of man’s decision, not of the Father’s will.

The spiritual evil that christianity is has grown throughout the centuries, and its tentacles continue to spread across the globe. And, most don’t recognize the evil that it is, because they think it looks good and holy. That’s Satan’s cunning ability to counterfeit spiritual truths with imitation knockoffs that only appear to be truth.

We have people around the world going forward, saying a prayer, claiming salvation because of their decision, getting dunked in water in front of people (not the real substance of baptism, which is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit), going to “church” on SUNdays, and celebrating pagan holydays that are blatant lies—none of which has anything to do with salvation or truth.

Messiah was born on the Feast of Tabernacles in the Fall, He was crucified on Passover, and He rose again on the Feast of Firstfruits. Again, the christian holydays are LIES! But, they seem SO good, don’t they?

The greatest evil in all of human history is the lie that Satan tells to people that they will not surely die (Genesis 3:4). All they have to do is adhere to the belief system that he crafted to look somewhat like the truth, and they will go to heaven. But, they find out when it is too late that what they thought had given them eternal life has actually cast them into eternal torment.

There are approximately 2.2 billion christians on the planet, most of whom are not following the Spirit of truth, but the traditions of men that Satan instituted through Constantine in the 4th century, and called “christianity.”

THAT is pure evil masquerading as the light of truth!
